Tip #1
Turn off the water when you brush!
Studies have shown that the average person wastes approximately 90 glasses of water every day by leaving the tap running while you brush you teeth. It's best to put the toothpaste on the brush and just wet the brush. Turn the water off while brushing and rinse from a cup to further reduce water usage.
Tip #2
Choose clean green tooth care products!
Your home care routine (brushing, flossing, rinsing), works in conjunction with a professional teeth cleaning program to manage bacterial levels in your mouth. Certain brands of products contain chemicals that can upset the oral pH balance and lead to canker sores and other problems. Pick a paste that does not contain sodium lauryl sulfate and make sure your mouth wash is alcohol free.

Tip #1
General Toothbrush Care!
Always rinse your toothbrush with water after brushing. Store your toothbrush in an upright position, if possible, and allow it to air dry until using it again. Don't routinely cover toothbrushes or store them in closed containers, which can encourage the growth of bacteria.
